Eligibility: The Rockstar Win!! $100,000 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are of legal age, or 18 or older, in the jurisdiction in which they reside as of 4/1/11 except: Rockstar, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and its subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, owners, distributors, retailers, and advertising/promotion agencies and of all their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties"), and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling, or child, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

To Obtain an Access Code: You may obtain an Access Code needed to participate in the Sweepstakes (as outlined below), in one of two (2) ways: 1) Purchase a specially marked Rockstar 24oz Cap can or Rockstar 4-Pack products between 4/1/11 and 12/9/11 (or while supplies last); or 2) To obtain an Access Code and Official Rules without making a purchase send a self addressed stamped envelope (VT residents may omit return stamp) to be received by 12/16/11 to: Rock star, Inc. c/o Rockstar $100,000 Sweepstakes Entry Code, P.O. Box 27740 Las Vegas, NV 89126. Limit one Access Code request per stamped outer mailing envelope, mailed separately. Access Codes that are fraudulent, tampered with or obtained through unauthorized channels will be void.

How To Play: Between 12:00:00 am ET on 4/1/11 and 11:59:59 pm ET on 12/31/11 (“Promotion Period”), visit www.rockstar69.com/100k and follow the instructions provided to enter your access code and to fully complete and submit the registration form. Registration is free. Limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address per day. Additional entries received from the same person or e-mail address during the same day after the first entry received from that person or email address on that day will be void. The use of script, macro or automated devices (or any other devices intended to automate any aspect of participation) to enter is prohibited. If Released Parties, in their sole discretion, determines that an entrant has used an automated or similar device to play or is in violation of these Official Rules, all entries from that entrant or email address will be void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant based on the email address submitted, entry will be awarded to the person named on the applicable registration form (regardless of whether that is the name of the authorized account holder of the email address from which said registration was submitted) and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, inaccurate, mail or undelivered Access Codes, registrations, or for telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors, interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, satellite, network, cable, Internet Service Provider (ISP), phones, phone lines or telephone systems, traffic congestion on the internet, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of the prizes, any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes, the failure of any specially marked Rockstar products to contain an Access Code, in any Sweepstakes-related materials, for any travel delays or cancellations, or for printing, typographical, human or other errors appearing in these Official Rules or other Sweepstakes-related materials.

Winner Selection/Odds: Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on/about 1/10/12 by an independent judging organization designated by Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes and are at their sole discretion. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by email, telephone and/or mail.

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: $100,000 awarded in the form of a check.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prizes permitted except by Sponsor who may substitute the prize with a prize of comparable or greater value at their sole and absolute discretion. Entrants agree to comply these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within five (5) days of date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing or these Official Rules, the inability to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, failure to return such documents within the specified time period, or the return of the prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and, time permitting, awarding of prize to an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, from among all remaining eligible entries. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that (1) Sponsor and each of their respective designees shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) entrant’s name, voice, address (city and state of residence), photograph and/or other likeness for advertising, promotional and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any and all media or format now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification to entrants or any third parties; and (2) Released Parties and each of their respective designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) and, in the event of termination, at its discretion, select winners from those eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person and void all associated entries of any person who they believe has tampered with the entry process, or any other component of this Sweepstakes, whose conduct or actions affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or who is in violation of these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IN ANY WAY, OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND/OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW.
